Dr. Wiedman joined the Physical Therapy Faculty in 2018. He has practiced in a wide variety of treatment settings included acute care, skilled nursing, outpatient therapy, consulting, management, and long-term care. He currently specializes in the evaluation and treatment of vestibular disorders, balance disorders, and complex dizziness. Dr. Wiedman also served in leadership positions for 12 years and is a member of the APTA’s Health Policy and Administration section, serving on the LAMP (Leadership, Administration, Management, Professionalism) Leadership committee.

Dr. Wiedman’s research interests include leadership and management in physical therapy and healthcare, rural physical therapy practice and management, and geriatric physical therapy practice including Parkinson’s disease.
